Here at ZeMat Coin, we pride ourselves on SATISFACTION. We provide all our clients a refund on all returned items as well as the opportunity to exchange. Our return and or exchange policy only applies to clients that have contacted us via email at: [email protected] or called us during our regular business hours. The right to make a return/exchange is only limited to 5 days from the date on which the client receives their item and keeps the item in its original packaging. If 5 days have passed since you received your item we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Our Customer Service Department will give you instructions on how to return your items and, at that time, you will be given a Return Authorization Number. All Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash refunds are issued through BitPay at the USD rate at the time the refund is processed. ZeMat Coin is not responsible for any change in the Bitcoin exchange rate at the time of refund. Refunds for returns are not processed until after the returned item(s) have been received and verified.
On returning bullion-related items, the client may (at ZeMat Coin’s discretion) be required to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property of ZeMat Coin. We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If for any reason you have a problem, please feel free to call our offices and discuss it with us. We will always do our best to accommodate you. ZeMat Coin reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $50 or 10% of the total order price (whichever is greater) on all refunded orders. We may charge a $50 processing fee on all exchanges. If a refund is requested, we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available. Refunds, at our discretion, may be issued via ZeMat Coin store credit redeemable for future purchases in lieu of a cash refund.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. ZeMat Coin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given. Make sure to include the Return Authorization Number along with the item you’re returning.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
